Less routine work. More room to grow.

A lot of daily work follows the same steps every time. We set up systems that do those steps for you, accurately and around the clock, and hand over to a person when something needs judgement.

AI automation

Your daily routine
  • Reports delivered on schedule
  • Invoices sent when a sale closes
  • Payments matched to invoices
  • Customer questions answered
  • Documents read and filed

We connect the tools you already use

Payments
Payment providers and banks, reconciled automatically
Accounting & tax
Invoices and records kept in sync with your systems
Messaging
Email, SMS and chat, answered at any hour

Four services from one team.

Choose one, or let us combine them. Most projects start with one of these and grow into two or three, from a first system to the automation and hosting around it.

How we build

In short cycles, with a demo of working software every two weeks, so you can steer as it takes shape.

Built for organisations across Africa

Every sector runs differently. We learn how yours works before we design anything, then build around it.

  • Retail & e-commerce
  • Healthcare & clinics
  • Schools & training
  • Finance & SACCOs
  • Churches & faith groups
  • NGOs & non-profits
  • Logistics & transport
  • Hotels & hospitality
  • Farming & agribusiness
  • Property & real estate
  • Manufacturing
  • Professional services
  • Government & public bodies
  • Startups & founders
  • Small & growing businesses

Don't see yours? If your organisation has work that could run better, we'd like to hear about it.

Built for the way business runs here

Software made for somewhere else often stumbles on the details. We build for the phones, networks and habits your customers actually have.

A woman checking her phone at home
  • Phones firstMost of your customers and staff will use what we build on a phone. We design for small screens from the first sketch, not as an afterthought.
  • Patchy connectionsPages stay light and quick, and forms don't lose what someone typed when the signal drops halfway through.
  • The payments people useMobile money, cards and bank transfers, connected so each payment is confirmed and recorded the moment it lands.
  • Data handled with carePersonal details are kept secure, access is limited to the people who need it, and records are handled the way data protection law expects.

How a project runs

We work in an agile way. Here's what that means, and the six stages every system goes through, from the first idea to the day it's replaced.

In plain words

What does “agile” mean?

Agile is a way of building software a little at a time. Instead of disappearing for months and showing you everything at the end, we build a small piece, show it to you working, and use what you think of it to decide what to build next. Then we do it again.

It's a bit like cooking for guests: you taste as you go and adjust, rather than finding out at the table that it needed more salt.

All at once

  • Everything is decided up front
  • You see the result months later
  • Problems show up at the end, when they cost the most

The agile way

  • Decisions are made as you learn
  • You see working software every two weeks
  • Problems show up early, while they're cheap to fix
One sprint goes: plan, build, test, show you, then plan the next one. Round and round, not one long roadEach sprint ends with something you can try. What you think of it goes straight into planning the next one.

Concept

Is this worth building?

We talk through what you want to achieve, what matters most and what it's worth to your business. Together we decide whether to go ahead, and what to tackle first.

  • A free first conversation
  • The problem, in your words
  • What success looks like, and what comes first

Why work with us

Agile from start to finish

We plan in short cycles and go over priorities with you at each one, so the work can change when your needs do.

You see progress every two weeks

Not slides or status reports. Working software you can click through, try with your team and comment on.

You talk to the people building it

No chain of account managers. Questions go straight to the developers doing the work.

We stay after launch

The people who built your system are the ones who host it, support it and improve it.

Not sure which service you need? Tell us what you're trying to do and we'll suggest where to start.

Straight answers before you ask

How we work

Most asked

How do you run a project?

In short, agile cycles. We agree the goals with you, build a small piece, show it to you working, and use what you think of it to plan the next piece. You're never more than two weeks away from seeing real progress.

A team gathered around a laptop reviewing their new system

Getting started

What do you need from us to begin?

A conversation about what you're trying to fix, and time with the people who will use the system. We'll take it from there.

Existing systems

Can you work on a system someone else built?

Yes. We review the code and the hosting, then tell you plainly what to keep, what to fix and what to replace.

Support

What happens after launch?

We can host the system, keep an eye on it, fix issues and keep improving it in the same short cycles.

Have something in mind?

Tell us what you need. We'll come back with questions, then a plan for the first steps.

Start a project

Tell us a little about it. It takes about two minutes.
